Well let me say first of all, everyone was nice at first, then I had an injury which I have been to the doctor for awhile now, shoulder and back. I paid in full for personal training and they would not reimburse me. I contacted the BBB and they ignored their calls. I would never recommend that place to anyone, because medical things can go wrong. I am very upset because they have and owe me at least 1,100 for the personal training. They will rip you off. Very ANGRY at how I am treated. Just a late up date on how I am doing I have fibromyialgia and osteoporosis and borderline MS. I hope you guys feel real good about yourselves taking all that money from me
I have been going to powerhouse gym Fraser for many years. The members at the gym are members from our community of all ages, fitness levels and goals. There is a large variety of equipment from cardio, machine weights and free weights for variety of workouts. Like most jobs and families; you have a few folks that you just can't make happy and a few of those have posted on this sight but like work and family gatherings they just stop showing up. John, his staff and the trainers have always been professional and treated everyone with the dignity and respect. The gym is always kept clean with a variety of services and classes. The merchandise, tanning and juice and protein shake bar are great. This is a very good gym; I would suggest anybody looking for a gym to check out this location, the equipment, the classes and the people who come here, not that I want folks to now crowd into the gym, but I was asked to give my honest opinion.

I picked this gym because I had read great things about the childcare. Both of my boys are always really excited to go in the mornings and are always happy and playing when I go pick them up. The staff is friendly and it's never too busy when I go. The whole facility seems really clean as well.
This place has been home to me and many other people for years now. It’s even better under the new ownership that was recently changed this year. It’s smaller than most gyms and I thought that would be a problem, but the setup and equipment is great. The new owner is progressively improving this gym, in regards to employees, equipment, and better cleaning products. I would suggest you be apart of the Powerhouse family, you won’t regret it!
